MARK YOUR CARD SERVICE: 3 RACES AT HEREFORD. I wrote a blog for Wetherby, which has since been abandoned. There is nothing more irritating for me than wasting my time. Normally, I would say fuck it, but I’ve endeavored to write a short blog for Hereford!

MARK YOUR CARD SERVICE: 3 RACES AT HEREFORD
1:30 ANNIES ANGEL 11/4
What we don’t want is THE PROCRASTINATOR, a filly named after delusional & lazy people. The Newland/Isole-trained daughter of POSTPONED won a moderate NHF race before being put in her place next time out. While she’s debuting over hurdles, her bumper form isn’t good enough to make her the favourite!
WHITLETS is rated 101, which should give her a fair chance at this level. However, I’m going with Irish raider ANNIES ANGEL, who was half-decent on the Flat and will appreciate the testing ground!

2:30 SUBTLE TITLE 13/2
Venetia Williams is now 66 runs and 58 days without a winner. Her horses are running flat, and that makes it hard to get inspired by the chance of the trainer’s JOHNNY BOY.
My issue with SEASMOKE is the big weight on testing ground. This will be a big burden in a small field and tactical race!
Following a few fair runs over hurdles, chasing debutant KAVIAR WOOD is interesting. However, it’s worth noting that the gelding hasn’t won!
Let’s have a go on another chasing debutant, namely SUBTLE TITLE. The mare represents talented trainer Mel Rowley, and it’s worth noting she won two point-to-points and a novice hurdle at Uttoxeter. The ground will suit, and the 8-year-old should get this extended distance.

4:33 KEL DU LARGE 4/1
LUCKY BERE was a good winner last time out, and that coincided with a step up in distance. Kayley Woolacott’s 5-year-old will handle the ground, and she will benefit from the services of Harry Cobden.
At odds of 7/2, KING JON OLIVE doesn’t appeal. I’ve been disappointed with the performances of LIBRE DE CHOEUR, who hasn’t delivered on early promise. DON RAFAEL should be thereabouts, albeit placing would be a fair result!
I want to take them all on with KEL DU LARGE, who looks to be on a fair handicap mark. While the Jane Williams-trained 6-year-old was disappointing when last seen, he was once a winner of a Cheltenham NHF race on bottomless ground!
