SATURDAY AT AINTREE: SHARING THREE FOR FREE. I’m off to the races today, but before i go i want to share a few picks with site visitors. If you are betting, the only thing i will say is work hard on getting the very best odds. At the end of the day, profiting will all be down to how good you are at beating the true price!

SATURDAY AT AINTREE: SHARING THREE FOR FREE

AINTREE 1:30 ANDY AMO 11/4

This is an interesting Novice chase, with 3 newbies at the head of the betting market. If you are betting on such, then i would recommend you pay attention to how quick trainers decided to make the transition. Also, if they are ex-flat horses, you might want to avoid until they have proven themselves. If you are ready to learn this stuff, here is a link to a racing video we did!

Of those with experience, EL GRANJERO shouldn’t be long in finding a race. The Clive Boultbee-Brooks trained 6 year old made a pleasing chasing debut, and this type of distance should suit him best.

With KING OF ANSWERS, the Lucinda Russell & Peter Scudamore made the transition to fences following just 5 hurdle races. However, while he was only beaten 5 lengths on his chasing debut at Hexham, he did finish last of 5 and his jumping was suspect. Of the others who raced, 9 year old THEATRE MAN is more exposed than the others!

Now for those who haven’t raced, STRACKAN won 3 of his 11 hurdles. In that sphere, the Henry Daly trained 6-year-old progressed from a opening handicap mark of 99 to 123. Since he was well beaten in his last two races, he appears to be paying the price for success.

Ben Pauling has his string in excellent form, and in this race he’s represented by 7 year old CHAMPAGNE TWIST. To be fair, this fella looks like a real chasing type, but he does have something to prove following a poor last season. Also, Ben Jones mount is carrying topweight, and that will make life harder.

With the Skelton’s in excellent form, it’s no surprise to see the early money for HIDDEN HISTORY. Debuting in a race of this nature suggests that the son of SCHIAPARELLI is fully wound-up, albeit he needed his first run back over the past two seasons.

The one i like is Rebecca Curtis trained ANDY AMO. While he was a bit clumsy over his hurdles, that is often the case for Chasing types. In any case, his trainer isn’t wasting any time in making the switch to fences, and he was progessive when last seen. Being out of SAGEBURG suggests that both this longer distance and easy ground are going to be advantageous, and getting Champion jockey Sean Bowen to ride is another tick in the right box!

AINTREE 2:05 MAMBONUMBERFIVE 11/4

JAVERT ALLEN ticks a couple of the right boxes, in that he should be suited by the track and he won first time up last season. However, he will need to improve again, and a mark of 127 makes him vulnerable.

HIGHLANDS LEGACY won on his seasonal debut, it’s just that he’s been raised an harsh looking 6 pounds. Henry Daly trained chasing debutant JOUR D’EVASION should do well at this game, but he’s likely to need further than the minimum two miles.

Look, Ben Pauling is switching MAMBONUMBERFIVE to fences at the tender age of 4. That to me means, he’s a natural for the bigger obstacles, and he’s going to benefit from his 8 pound weight for age allowance. Ben Jones is booked for the ride for in form trainer Ben Pauling, that’s enough for me!

AINTREE 3:15 HAARAR 9/1

DON’T MIND IF I DO was a beaten favourite when last seen. Previously, he had landed short odds by a big winning margin, and he does appear to be on a fair mark for in-form trainer Alan King. Nevertheless, odds of around 11/4 in such a competitive field is nonsense.

WE’RE RED AND BLUE is on an interesting mark, it’s just that JJ O’Neill runners haven’t been firing! PADDY’S POLICY should go well for the Hughes/McCain combination, its just that 6 times winner HAARAR interests me the most. The Sam England trained 7 year old goes well fresh, and a mark of 106 isn’t the biggest of burdens. Since the stable are in good form and the track should suit, these odds are acceptable!
